How do I send you my footage?

Paste a Dropbox, Google Drive or WeTransfer link inside your request. Small files can be uploaded straight into the request room instead.

What is the turnaround?

Most edits come back in 48 to 72 hours once your footage lands. Full Send is 48 hours, priority.

What if I do not like the edit?

Every job includes one revision round. Send your notes inside the request room and the recut comes back on the same job.

Do you write scripts from scratch?

Both. Send an idea and we shape it, or hand us the topic and we write it in your voice from your Brand DNA.

What if I do not use everything in a month?

Allowances reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Buy the package that matches how often you actually post.

Can I cancel anytime?
