You use EG Content Wizard to generate scripts, voices, brand assets, and related content. We provide the tools. You own what you make. We charge for the credits and tiers listed on the pricing page. That's it.
You're responsible for your account, your credentials, and everything done under it. Don't share logins. Don't pretend to be someone else. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and don't roll over. Cancel anytime you keep access until the period ends. Refunds are handled case-by-case; email us.
You own the outputs you generate. You're responsible for them including making sure they're legal, true, and yours to publish. We don't claim ownership over your scripts, voices, or videos. We may use anonymized aggregate usage data to improve the product.
No illegal content. No impersonation of real people without consent. No CSAM, harassment, or content that violates third-party rights. No reselling our generation capacity as a competing API. No reverse-engineering the platform.
AI is probabilistic. Outputs can be wrong, biased, or unexpectedly similar to existing work. Review before publishing. We don't guarantee accuracy, originality, or fitness for any specific purpose.
We aim for high uptime but don't promise it. We may change features, pricing, or these terms. Material changes get reasonable notice.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You can cancel anytime from your account. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your access ends; we'll delete your data per our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes go to courts in San Francisco County.
