If content on EG Content Wizard infringes your copyright, is illegal, or is abusive, email abuse@activatedfrequency.com for abuse and dmca@activatedfrequency.com for copyright. We review every message and remove content we determine violates our Terms or the law.
Your signature (typed is fine), identification of the work you own, the exact link to the material you want removed, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for them.
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, email the same address with the link, an explanation, your contact details, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court where you live. We may restore the content unless the original complainant files suit.
Accounts that repeatedly post infringing or illegal content are terminated. No warning is required.
We may remove any content, at any time, for any reason or none, without notice. Users own their content and are solely responsible for it.
