Account info you give us (name, email). Your subscription tier and credit balance. Basic usage signals (which features you use, when) so we can keep the product running. Payment info is handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
The scripts, voices, and brand assets you generate live in your browser, not our database. Close the tab without exporting and they're gone. We process your prompts through AI providers to generate the output, then return it to you. We don't keep copies.
To run the product, bill you correctly, meter credits, and prevent abuse. That's it. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers.
Sub-processors we use: Cloud (database, auth), Stripe (payments), and the AI model providers that power generation. Each has its own security posture. We pick ones with strong defaults.
You own everything you generate. We don't use your prompts or outputs to train models.
We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences. No third-party ad trackers.
You can export or delete your data anytime. Email us and we'll handle it within 30 days. EU/UK/California residents have additional rights under GDPR/CCPA same email, same response.
We keep your account data while your account is active, plus 30 days after deletion for backups. Billing records we keep for 7 years as required by law.
Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Row-level access controls on every table. We're not SOC 2 certified yet if that's a dealbreaker, wait or ask.
Not for anyone under 16. Don't use it if you're younger.
We'll email registered users about material changes. Minor edits show up here with an updated date.
