Privacy Policy

EG Content Wizard is a brand operating system. You use it to build a brand, generate content, publish a channel, and grow an audience. This policy covers the website, the app, and the public channels people publish through it.

Three different kinds of people show up in our systems, and only one of them signed up. We handle each differently, so we describe each separately.

We store your name and email, your plan and credit balance, your Stripe customer and subscription IDs, and records of your AI usage so we can meter credits and catch abuse.

We also store what you build: your brand profile, your saved scripts, your uploaded images, audio and video, your channel content, and your cohort activity. This lives on our servers so it follows you across devices and survives a closed tab. You own all of it and can delete it.

A creator using this platform may collect your name, email, phone number, and the IP address you signed up from. If you bought something, we also hold your order history and shipping address. Card numbers are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.

That data belongs to the creator whose channel you joined. We hold it for them. Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and it works immediately.

To help creators understand their market, we collect publicly visible information about notable accounts in their space: the handle, display name, follower count, and profile picture. Nothing private. Nothing behind a login. No messages, no contact details.

If you appear in that data and want out, email the address at the bottom of this page with your handle. We will remove you and block re-collection.

Stripe processes every payment. We store the transaction identifiers we need to service your account and issue refunds. We never see or store your card number.

Your prompts pass through AI model providers to produce the output you asked for. Those providers do not train on your content. We keep what you choose to save. What you discard is not retained.

To run the product, bill you correctly, meter credits, deliver email you asked for, and stop abuse. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for ad targeting.

We use a small set of vendors, each for one job: cloud database and authentication, Stripe for payments, an email delivery service, AI model providers for generation, and a social data service for the public profile information described above.

Each is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions.

Account data stays while your account is active, plus 30 days after deletion while backups roll off. Billing records we keep for 7 years, as tax law requires.

Email delivery logs and abuse-prevention records are kept 12 months. Market research data is refreshed on a rolling basis and stale entries are dropped.

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or opt out of marketing at any time. Email us and we will handle it within 30 days.

EU and UK residents have rights under GDPR, including objection and portability. California residents have rights under CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. Same email either way, same response window, no charge.

For the audience data you collect through your channel, you are the controller and we are your processor. You are responsible for having permission to contact those people and for honoring their opt-outs. We give you the tools; the relationship is yours.

First-party cookies only, used to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. No third-party ad trackers, no analytics pixels, no session replay. We do not follow you around the internet.

Encrypted in transit and at rest. Row-level access controls on every table, so your data is unreachable by other accounts at the database layer. Payment and identity handled by specialists, not by us. We are not SOC 2 certified yet. If that is a dealbreaker, tell us before you buy.

Not for anyone under 16. Do not use it if you are younger.

We will email registered users about material changes. Minor edits show up here with an updated date.
